Here's a new photo from my ongoing coverage of the Miami Orange Bowl demolition.
William Lyman Phillips was leading landscape designer of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in South Florida during the 1930s. The garden is made up of an outstanding collection of taxonomically arranged and well-documented tropical plants, emphasizing on palms, cycads, flowering trees, vines, and fruit trees. This photograph was taken in their rainforest exhibit.
There's no turning back know! The demolition of the Miami Orange Bowl is well underway. Excavators make easy work of removing the bleachers and workers use cutting torches to do away with the steel stairways and platforms.
North American zoos manage Clouded leopards through a Species Survival Plan, or SSP, administered by the American Zoo and Aquarium Association.
